Promoting SHSG Sixth Form

In my advert, the main colour I have used is the dark green, as it is the school colour. Additionally, I have used some gold, to symbolise excellence and high levels of achievement, which will encourage students to take a tour of the school due to the high standards. I have also included the details of the open evening as well as the school logo, to demonstrate that the school is recognisable and organised. I have chosen a variety of different photos to convey the different aspects of school life. Firstly, I have two students sitting down talking to each other. This is to represent the friendly, welcoming nature of the school. Additionally, both students are of different genders, to demonstrate that even though the school is primarily girls, all genders are represented, making everyone more comfortable to join the school. Secondly, I have included an image of photography, to showcase the creative element of the school, as well as it's uniqueness; not many other school have access to cameras, and so could intrigue students to take a look around the school if they are more creative. Thirdly, I have a photo of a large group of students walking to class together, to make students feel like they are in the moment and walking with them, allowing them to envision themselves in the school; it also helps to represent how connected everyone in the school is to each other. Finally, I have a few shots of students in the school going about daily activities, to give others a better understanding of school life.
